About Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a state of relaxation and concentration, a state of heightened awareness induced by suggestion. It is a natural manifestation of the mind at work.
Hypnosis can be likened to a daydream state. You continue to hear all that is going on around you and are fully aware but profoundly relaxed. It is then that your sub conscious mind can be reprogrammed for change.

The Therapies
Suggestion Therapy
This therapy works well with simpler problems such as smoking, nail biting, exam stress, weight problems, confidence, stress, insomnia and fear of flying to name but a few. It normally requires one session.
Analytical Therapy
This therapy finds the cause of the problem and relieves the symptoms. You realise where the problem stems from and within that you realisation comes the cure from within yourself. This therapy usually takes place over 6 -12 sessions and the release in all probability will occur during this time.
